Serena Care mobil uygulaması RuiCodex tarafından geliştirilir ve işletilir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) anlamında veri sorumlusu RuiCodex'tir.

Sağlık verisi uyarısı
Bu uygulama özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık verisi) işler: ilaç adları, dozlar, kutuda kalan doz sayısı, doktor randevuları, ruh hâli kayıtları ve girdiğiniz sağlık ölçümleri (tansiyon, kan şekeri, nabız, kilo). Bu veriler KVKK m.6 ve GDPR m.9 kapsamındadır ve yalnızca açık rızanıza dayanarak işlenir. Rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri çekebilir, hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.

Uygulamayı Google Play'de puanlamanız Google'ın kendi ekranında olur; puanınız ve yorumunuz bize bu uygulama üzerinden ulaşmaz ve karşılığında hiçbir ödül verilmez.
İşlemediğimiz veriler
- Rehberinize, fotoğraflarınıza, dosyalarınıza veya SMS'lerinize erişmiyoruz.
- Arka planda sürekli konum takibi yapmıyoruz; konum yalnızca SOS'a bastığınız anda alınır.
- Ses kaydı saklamıyoruz (aşağıya bakınız).
- Sağlık verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmıyoruz.
3. Reklamlar
- Reklamlar: ücretsiz planda Google AdMob üzerinden tek bir banner reklam gösterilir. AdMob bu amaçla reklam kimliğinizi ve cihaz/yaklaşık konum bilgisini işleyebilir. Sağlık verileriniz (ilaç, randevu, ruh hâli) reklam amacıyla ASLA kullanılmaz ve AdMob'a gönderilmez. AB/İngiltere'de reklam öncesi onayınız (UMP) alınır. Serena Premium aboneliği tüm reklamları kaldırır ve o durumda reklam SDK'sı hiç başlatılmaz.
- İsteğe bağlı ödüllü video: ücretsiz planda doktor raporu ekranında "Kısa bir reklam izleyip bu raporu bir kez paylaş" seçeneği vardır. Reklam yalnızca siz bu düğmeye bastığınızda gösterilir; ilaç, SOS veya başka bir ekranın önüne kendiliğinden çıkmaz. Google'ın veri işlemesi: policies.google.com

Her izni cihaz ayarlarından dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Bildirim izni kapalıysa hatırlatıcılar çalışmaz.
5. Verileriniz kimlerle paylaşılır
- Bağlı olduğunuz bakıcı ve aile üyeleri. Uygulamanın amacı budur: onayladığınız kişiler ilaç, randevu, ruh hâli, sağlık ölçümü ve SOS bilgilerinizi görür. Bu bağlantı bir referans kodu ve karşılıklı onay ile kurulur; onaylamadığınız hiç kimse verilerinizi göremez.
- Barındırma sağlayıcımız — sunucular Türkiye'de barındırılmaktadır.
- Google AdMob — yalnızca ücretsiz planda reklam gösterimi için reklam kimliği ve cihaz bilgisi. Sağlık verisi paylaşılmaz.
- Google Play Faturalandırma — abonelik ödemeleri. Ödeme kartı bilgileriniz bize hiç ulaşmaz; tamamını Google işler.
- E-posta gönderimi — yalnızca PIN sıfırlama kodu için.
- Yasal zorunluluk — yetkili makamların usulüne uygun talebi hâlinde.
6. Saklama süresi
- Hesap ve sağlık kayıtları: hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece.
- Hesap silme talebinden sonra: en geç 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Giriş denemesi kayıtları: 15 dakika.
- PIN sıfırlama kodları: 15 dakika, sonrasında geçersiz.
- Uygulama içi geri bildirim: en fazla 24 ay.
7. Güvenlik
- Tüm iletişim HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir.
- PIN'ler PBKDF2-SHA256 (210.000 tur, rastgele tuz) ile geri döndürülemez şekilde hashlenir; düz metin olarak saklanmaz.
- PIN sıfırlama kodları yalnızca özet (hash) hâlinde saklanır ve tek kullanımlıktır.
- Kaba kuvvet saldırısına karşı giriş denemesi sınırlaması uygulanır.
Hiçbir sistemin %100 güvenli olmadığını belirtmek isteriz. Bir veri ihlali durumunda mevzuatın öngördüğü süre içinde ilgili kişileri ve yetkili kurumu bilgilendiririz.
8. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15–22 uyarınca: verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik, itiraz ve açık rızanızı geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (Türkiye) veya bulunduğunuz AB ülkesinin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.
9. Çocuklar
Serena Care 18 yaş altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız. Böyle bir verinin toplandığını fark edersek derhal sileriz.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Esaslı değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır. Sayfanın altındaki tarih son güncellemeyi gösterir.

Health data notice
This app processes special category personal data (health data): medication names, dosages, remaining doses in the pack, medical appointments, mood records and the health readings you enter (blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, weight). This falls under GDPR Art. 9 and KVKK Art. 6 and is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent and delete your account at any time.

Rating the app on Google Play happens in Google's own screen; your rating and review do not reach us through this app, and no reward is ever given for them.
What we do not process
- We do not access your contacts, photos, files or SMS.
- We do not track location in the background; location is read only at the moment you press SOS.
- We do not store audio recordings (see below).
- We do not sell your health data and never share it with any third party for advertising.
3. Advertising
- Ads: the free plan shows a single banner ad served by Google AdMob. For this purpose AdMob may process your advertising ID and device/approximate location. Your health data (medication, appointments, mood) is NEVER used for advertising and is never sent to AdMob. In the EEA/UK your consent is collected (UMP) before any ad is shown. A Serena Premium subscription removes all ads, and in that case the ad SDK is never initialised.
- Optional rewarded video: on the free plan the doctor visit report offers "Watch a short ad to share this report once". The ad is shown only when you press that button; it never appears on its own over medication, SOS or any other screen. Google's data practices: policies.google.com

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings. If notification permission is off, reminders will not work.
5. Who your data is shared with
- Your linked caregivers and family members. This is the purpose of the app: people you have approved can see your medication, appointment, mood, health reading and SOS information. The link is established through a reference code and mutual approval; nobody you have not approved can see your data.
- Our hosting provider — servers are located in Türkiye.
- Google AdMob — advertising ID and device information, only to serve ads on the free plan. No health data is shared.
- Google Play Billing — subscription payments. Your payment card details never reach us; they are handled entirely by Google.
- Email delivery — only for PIN reset codes.
- Legal obligation — upon a lawful request from competent authorities.
6. Retention
- Account and health records: for as long as your account is active.
- After a deletion request: permanently erased within 30 days at the latest.
- Login attempt logs: 15 minutes.
- PIN reset codes: 15 minutes, then invalid.
- In-app feedback: up to 24 months.
7. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- PINs are irreversibly hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 (210,000 iterations, random salt); never stored in plain text.
- PIN reset codes are stored only as a hash and are single-use.
- Login attempt rate limiting protects against brute-force attacks.
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach we will notify affected individuals and the competent authority within the period required by law.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–22 you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent.
Send requests to info@ruicodex.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest. To delete your account directly, see the Account Deletion page.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the supervisory authority in your EU country.
9. Children
Serena Care is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data we delete it immediately.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the app. The date below reflects the latest revision.
